Refund policy

We want you to love your Otis & Oak order. Because our shop includes both made-to-order baked goods and merchandise fulfilled by multiple suppliers, return eligibility varies by product.

Food and bakery items: For food safety reasons, all bakery sales are final. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Home goods and merchandise: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Return eligibility is subject to the return policy of the supplier that fulfilled your item. Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging when possible.

Refunds are issued after an approved return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to an error in fulfillment.
