Shipping policy

Otis & Oak Bakehouse offers a mix of locally made bakery items and home goods fulfilled by our retail partners.

Bakery orders: Eligible baked goods may be shipped within Georgia only, as indicated on the individual product page. Available quantities reflect items currently on hand or planned for the next two weeks. Because our Bakehouse products are made fresh in limited batches, please allow the stated processing time before shipment.

Local pickup: Select bakery items are available for local pickup. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received the ready-for-pickup notification.

Home goods and merchandise: Some merchandise is shipped directly from our supplier partners. Because products may come from different suppliers or locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by product and supplier. 

Free shipping: Some products include free shipping when offered by the supplier. Other products will display the applicable shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or supplier processing times.
